Complete with all fixings plus trap door hinges - auto latch - pole and hook - and fully illustrated instructions. Heavy duty pivot arm to control safe lowering of ladder from loft. Simple height adjustment. TLS02 Top and middle ladder section drilled both sides to take handrails (1 handrail supplied as standard)
